4) TELL US YOUR STORIES!

Why is protecting access to BadgerCare important to you and your family?

Governor Walker’s controversial “budget-repair” bill will not only strip workers of the right to organize, the bill will also deny access to health care for low income families through BadgerCare. This will impact at least 65,000 people, including lawfully residing children and adults and pregnant non-citizen women. Now we are seeking your help.  We want to hear your stories- testimonies on why the governor should not take away your health care! Why is protecting access to BadgerCare important to you personally and your family?

Please send your stories to Voces Action at [email protected].  Thanks!

5) The Senate Republicans repealed a state anti-racial profiling law that was important to us in challenging Secure Communities. Here is the bill http://legis.wisconsin.gov/2011/data/SB-15.pdf.

Finally, Voces de la Frontera Action has limited resourcesand since the rallies began, we have spent an average of $500 dollars a day for buses and food alone.  Please help us to sustain the fight and make the workers’ movement broader and stronger!

Please donate safely here

Or you can mail a check to Voces de la Frontera Action, 1027 S. 5th St. in Milwaukee.  Donations are not tax-deductible, which makes them even more powerful for us. Many thanks!
