What: Join us as we expose Americans for Prosperity’s Wisconsin headquarters, tucked discreetly on Milwaukee’s westside, and their connections with Scott Walker’s budget-repair bill and the Koch brothers! Bring signs, bring banners, bring your neighbors–let’s make them know that we in Milwaukee aren’t going to sit back and let Walker nor his corporate interests mess with our Wisconsin!

2. Don’t forget- this Saturday is our monthly membership meeting, 1 pm, at our office (1027 S. 5th St. in Milwaukee)
We will be discussing:
a) The ongoing efforts to protect worker rights in Madison, and to fight against Governor Scott Walker’s legislation. Featuring Aaron Eick, a public school teacher from Horlick High School in Racine. He will discuss Walker’s bill and its impact on teachers and public education
b) Wisconsin’s new anti-immigrant law, Secure Communities, and how it affects the Latino population in the state.
